Merrick was destined for the bridal world! We first met her by chance while she was helping her best friend shop for her wedding dress at our sister store. Within a few minutes of the appointment starting, Merrick was assisting in the most positive ways and... together with our team, Merrick helped her BFF say yes to the dress of her dreams! We immediately knew she would be a fabulous addition to our team so we reached out to her shortly thereafter and the rest was history. Merrick just adores working with brides! As she always says, "I never knew how much fun a job could truly be!" Her absolute favorite part of working at Della Curva is empowering her brides by helping them see themselves as the beautiful women she knows they are.

From working at the first plus-size exclusive boutique in New York to now working here at Della Curva, she is a bicoastal curvy godmother! She not only loves plus-size fashion but also makes body positive self-love music. She truly advocates for size inclusivity and her favorite moment is finding her brides the dress of their dreams. As she always struggled to find dresses in her size, it means the world to her to work at Della Curva, a place that is making a huge difference in the bridal world.
